I want to start off by saying my husband is active duty military and I am a veteran, so we are constantly away from home. When I was faced with an unexpected and unattended death of a relative I was not sure what steps to take and I could not return to Florida to handle the issue in person. I called to handle a major pool of blood inside a van. Mr. Thomas responded to the call on the same day. He informed us that in our case the insurance should handle the expense and submitted the insurance claim for us. He was able to totally clean and deodorize the van.
